SHIPPING & DELIVERY (U.S. + CANADA)
At Sainte Labs, we want your order to arrive as beautifully as the products inside. Shipping charges within the U.S. and Canada are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total package weight and destination.
For those who can’t wait to glow, you may select Priority Shipping at checkout for a faster delivery option.
All orders are carefully processed and shipped within 2–4 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Sainte Labs package every step of the way.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Sainte Labs, every product is crafted and packaged with care to ensure your experience is nothing short of exceptional. Because of the nature of our formulations and our commitment to product integrity, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped, including purchases made through PayPal.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace the item at no additional cost. To qualify for a replacement, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package.
For any missing items, claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Please note that sale and promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sainte Labs is not responsible for delays in shipping due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or shipping provider error. Any charges for returned orders due to customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, delivered to inbox but not received, etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer.
During the Holiday Season (Christmas and the New Year) orders may take up to 5 Business Days for processing.
